Pesky knots in your hair? With this simple detangling spray you’ll be out the door in no time.
What you’ll need:
- 1/2 part aloe vera juice
- 1/2 part rose water (or distilled water or tea)
Optional:
- 1 tbsp. argan oil – or any oil you like, for moisturizing
- a few drops of essential oil – I used 5 drops of lavender for 275 ml
Fill 1/2 of your spray bottle with aloe vera juice. Fill up the rest with rose water. Um…that’s it!
You can use any other kind of blossom water you like. Or use distilled water, or tea! Green tea is great for all hair types. Black tea is a good choice if you have dark hair. My favorite is chamomile tea for blonde locks. I use it in my much loved DIY hair lightening spray.
Keep it in the fridge for a longer shelf life. This spray can keep up to a week in the fridge. Give it a good shake before each use and spray liberally on wet hair. Or use it just on the tangled knots.
Enjoy your tangle-free hair!
